How to properly clean a keyboard?

cool thing about apple slim keyboard... just spray with cleaner and wipe left to right a few times comes out brand new everytime.. chiclet keys ***! I once spilt a whole pint of orange juice over my keyboard.. somehow it managed to survive all be it the keys were abit sticky (orange juice dont get any funny ideas now) :D
