How to put flip3d button on Microsoft Habu

anyone got any ideas on how to set one of the buttons on this to the flip3d function in vista, the macro builder is a bit rubbish but i think there must be a way...
 
assign a shortcut key to the window switcher (right click >> properties) then assign that shortcut key to a mouse button with the mouse drivers?
 
even weirder, i just tried making a new shortcut on my desktop with the location being "RunDll32 DwmApi #105" which is the flip3d function. I set the shortcut to that shortcut to be F9, set button 5 on the habu to be F9 and it worked for 2 or 3 tries. Then it just stopped working:s
 
i dont know, i did find the habu config file which says this:

maybe one of those hex values could be changed to an open file command? not that i would know how to
