How to remove a Porsche engine

Well i cant see any blood so im going to assume he lived.
Ive seen a porshe get worse dame then that and rap around the tree and they driver walked out with out a single scratch on him

there are 3 females standing around and one has a bandage on her head,I guess that the Armco(metal barrier) did it's job and absorbed a lot of the energy.

could the engine not go in the photographers boot for safe keeping ,looks like it only had a small oil leak to fix
lol

Seeing as though there doesnt seem to be serious damage to any of the wheels (outer rim is mostly intact), im gonna go with.... brake disk exploded going through the rim and causing a blowout which sent them into the barrier, appears to be an exit hole in picture 2!

im going for fast lane change or similar when somone pulled out causing the famous 911 spin in to the arnco. theres no where near enough wheel damage for a blow out.

people pulling out into the fast lane whilst going much slower than the traffic in that lane is a fairly common cause of accidents on the derisctied parts hence hwy they are slowly restricting the autobahns

i was just about to post the same thing.
ask anyone that's served in the army in germany what they're experiences are of the drive home and you tend to get a similar picture.
the severity and frequency of RTA's on autobahns, particularly the unrestricted sections, is worrying.
i feel that time is running out for unlimited sections of autobahn just as the isle of man is almost certainly going to go the same way.

germany has the worst faltal motorway accident record in europe, the number of ultra high speed accidents caused by slower cars pulling out into the fast lane without judging how much faster the approaching cars are coming is horrific. tbh its only a matter of time before they go and whilst i will hardly be campaigning for them to be stopped they arent of that much use as there are very few cars that can safely travel much faster than 120-130mph safely.

the isle of man however i think will stay as it is for now as every few years it comes up for reforendem and always gets voted down by a large margin.

the porsche above looks like it was going far slower when it hit the barrier than many people think, i would guess that at impact it wasnt doing much above 100-110mph, the engine is designed to come off to absorb energy and the last thing you want to be strapped to in a crash is a heavy lump of metal.
in a normal car that crash quite possibly would have been fatal.

not anymore.
momentum/pressure is growing and i firmly believe we'lll see limits imposed in the next few years.

ah that's where your error creeps in my friend.
don't you know that germany's accident stats are compareable to ours PROVING that we could de-restrict our motorways safely.
after all drivers could handle it couldn't they?
no, of course they can't and you're bang on the money IMHO.

eu figures published this year put germany at over twice the accident rate of the uk (although they have improved a lot in recent years). in 2004 they had the most number of fatal accidents in europe. yes they have the highest population but the death rate is still twice the uks for a population about a third bigger.

and that's with the incredibly efficient autobahn support network system of monitoring and air ambulances in place.
to do it here would be carnage IMHO.

You are looking at it wrong:

United Kingdom -
370,000 km of roads
3,300 km of motorways
Road networks: Motoways ratio 112:1
Cars per 1,000 capita: 399
3.368 deaths
1 death for every 109km of roads

Germany -
656,140 km of roads
11,143 km of motorways
Road networks: Motoways ratio 59:1
Cars per 1,000 capita: 658
5.842 deaths
1 death for every 112km of roads

France
893,300 km of roads
9,011 km of motorways
Road networks: Motoways ratio 99:1
5.530 deaths
Cars per 1,000 capita: 478
1 death per 161 km of roads

Clear patterns emerge - Germans have 26% more cars on the roads than us, yet only 24% more deaths a year. And suddenly it turns out we have more deaths on UK roads than in Germany or among crazy Frenchmen. Why? Because their roads are safer. They have more motorways than us.

Things you can do with statistics...
