Have you tried Adwcleaner? Tends to do pretty well with these.

BTW: gameplayinfo.org is NSFW

Reset your browser.

I suggest you to run Malwarebyte and Spybot Search and Destroy to scan hard disk too and then also run CCleaner to remove all trace of gamersinfo popup from registry.
