How to reset my P5W DH?

dont know why you cant use the usb keyboard to reset the board.

I keep trying to clock my board and set 3:4 mem divider which stops my board posting, i have the enermax usb keyboard and holding down the insert key always lets me into the bios while powering up.

I guess it suggests there could be other issues with the board as well.
 
Thanks Chaos for the link, but that is for the early boards that shipped with bios that did not work with conroe.

I dont know why, but my keyboard has never worked until the mobo has gone throught and detected the ram, hd's, dvd-drive, then the stuff linked to the usb's.
It would see the keyboard, then the internal card reader, and as it read that would go into the bios.
I will take home my work ps/2 keyboard tonight and try that, but really think its the bios thats got corrupted due to it not bringing anything up on the screen when it boots.
 
Well, I tried 1 stick of RAM, and a PS/2 keyboard, and I'll be buggered and it started!!!

However, put back in the second stick, and guess what, no go!!!
So it looks like my second stick is knackered! Which is odd as I was running it at 2.05v, and it says can run at 2.1v!!!
So looks like I will RMA the RAM!!

Right!!!

Just swapped the working stick, with the non working stick! And the PC will not boot or anything!!!

So, looks likeI need new RAM!!

What should I get?
1) Replacement?
2) G.Skill 2GB DDR2 HZ PC2-6400
3) GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC6400 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2 Dual Channel Kit (GX22GB6400UDC) (MY-058-GL)

As reviewed and praised by Gibbo in a recent test!!

Anyone help?!
Or should I put this question in the RAM section?!!
 
G.Skill 2GB DDR2 HZ PC2-6400

im using 4gb of the stuff in my p5w dhg and its not missed a beat ;)

also clocked my core2 6400 at 420mhz fsb 1:1 ram so 840mhz ram at 4-4-4-12 timings at 2.2v
 
Cant RMA my RAM back as its past date!
Have to deal with Corsair for replacement, which is an arse as you have to do it all through the web, and its based in America!!
How pants is that?
Supplier says if I RMA to them, could take 28 days to get replacement!!
Now how is that for customer service?!!!
