How to run in sata2?

As in the title, how can i tell if my drives are running at the correct speed?

Currently running two sata 2 drives and one sata 1 and im not sure if they are at the correct speed

You don't have to do anything, they are at the correct 'speed.'

Seagate drives have a little plastic block that connects to pins together, this limits the the HD to 1.5 Gbits/s so you need to remove it to allow 3gbits/sec

The drives aren't even close to 1.5Gb/s.

Thanks for the info, wasnt sure what the jumper settings did for sata drives
