how to run prime 95 properly?

Next you could either carry on running to see if prime remains stable for 12 hours or more. Or try multiplyer @ 44. Look for the whea-logger warnings several times throughout prime running. If it you see any or prime fails or bsod occurs you can go back to the current 4.3 oc if you save that. You could then add a touch to the bclk like you had initially which would give something just under 4.4. If that fails, just keep knocking bclk down a tiny nudge and retest each time.

ok thanks. im gonna try for 4.4 and maybe 4.5 tommorow, then ill adjust the voltages accordingly, im gonna go for some different ram later as this ram has too higher voltage for my liking, 1.65v for just 1600mhz is pretty poor these days i think.

Use something like Coretemp or Realtemp to measure the CPU temperature, not sure what AIsuite actually uses, the sensors embedded in the chip or something else.

Many times this!

AI suite will show 10-20°C difference to actual temps. You absolutely must use either of the above programs.

I'd be interested to see what you get at 4.5Ghz btw.
