How to SE boot SSD

Apologies if asked before.
I have an OCZ Agility 3 that as boot drive I could Secure Erase[SE} prior to reinstalling windows via an OCZ Linux cd or USB.
I now have a Samsung 830 so is there a tool that will SE the drive when Windows is installed on it. I do have Samsung Magician which has a SE tool but presume that will only work with the SSD as a second drive.

it should work with samsung magician tool,doesnt have to be a samsung ssd

if it doesnt try parted magic (free)

OCZ also have their own Linux based bootable ISO that will do the trick:

PS. Should your drive be reported as "frozen" (probably applies to any method to SE) then check "hot plug" enabled in BIOS for the drive, boot using ISO without power cable connected to the drive, once at the tools deskttop, re-connect power cable to drive. This method works for me.
