How to securely erase a hard drive in a NAS?

Hi All

I have a Synology NAS drive which is fitted with a 3TB WD Red hard drive.

How can I securely erase all data on this drive ready for sale?

I don't have a Windows PC that I can put the hard drive in, I have a Macbook and the NAS drive and that's it.

Any help appreciated. The data has to be completely erased as there's some fairly sensitive stuff there. Thanks.

You need to go into Storage Manager on the NAS and select "HDD/SSD" on the left hand side and then click "Secure Erase"
