How to send Pictures from an iPad via Hotmail?

Excuse the question, but I don't have an iPad and my daughter (who is 50 miles way) has a new New iPad(3?).

She has hotmail and can access the internet via Browser / WiFi.

How does she send photos by email (step by step instruction please)!

1) Register the hotmail account to the built-in mail app.
2) select photo in the iPads browser
3) Select share
4) select Email
5) Fill in the form.
6) finished

Or open photo press, select copy, go to email and paste. That way can include many photos.
