How to set exchange mailboxes above 2GB

I need to set a limit on our exchange 2003 mailbox's for all the users as exchange's maximum limit is 2GB. I have found a way of increasing the size over this limit using Adsiedit.msc that comes as part of the admin pack with server 2003. But this method has to be done for every user and we would like a way to enable this to be a global setting that will effect all users and any new user setup on the system.

Any ideas please?

There's a registry tweak you can do, i cant remember off the top of my head but i found it via google on the MS website.
You could stick the reg change in a script and run it on boot.
