my ram is ddr3 and i need to setting the timmings and dpeed. but my mobo only supports up to 800 mhz and it needs to be at 1333. how do i set this in trhe bios? and the timings make no sense but i cant work out how to change them. any ideas? thanks

What mobo is it? You say it only supports up to 800Mhz - if that's true then you're stuck but I doubt it somehow as 800Mhz is very slow for DDR3.
If it's a Gigabyte board then you have to press Ctrl-F1 at the main BIOS screen to enable memory timings on a lot of models.
