How to shrink clothes?

I can't be doing with tight clothing. I'd just wear them as they are.

Wash at too high a temperature (90/95C) then tumble dry. (Colours will probably run beware)

If it's trousers just tie the bottom of one set of trousers to another, they won't get far.
