Does anyone know how to stop Outlook 365 from automatically creating a archive1.pst file?
I have been through all my outlook folders and disabled archiving.
There are no e-mails or data in the pst file when Outlook creates one.
It is annoying me as it prevents Onedrive from syncing as it says file is in use when its not.
I have tried closing down Outlook but it still shows as file is in use to Onedrive.
I have closed the archive in outlook and deleted the pst file only for the file to be re-created a day or so later.
