How to Sync External HDD (USB) to Google Drive/Dropbox

Hi guys

Just got myself a M.2. 970 Evo 500gb so replaced a 250Gb Sandisk Ultra II SSD (into an external enclosure).

So my computer syncs both Dropbox and Google Drive to the M.2 (main boot drive in Win 10). I am looking for my external drive to automatically sync to the Dropbox/Google Drive local folder on the M.2 when it is connected. Is this possible?
