How to type TM as in Trademark

Doeas anyone know how to type a small TM for the use of a trademark symbol?

I believe it's hold alt, then type 0153 then let go of alt. I can't check though as I'm on my Mac.

Easier i think to

Hold Alt Gr and press t

Can also do

registered symbol, Alt Gr and r

Copyright symbol, Alt Gr and c

Euro symbol, Alt Gr and 4

etc etc
