How to un mute V+ box?

Every know and then I some how manage to mute the box can't figure out how to un mute it, or what I do in the first place.
Mute and volume controls tv, so how do I un mute the box?

The mute button controls the TV, not the v+box.

Press and hold the standy button until the display says stop. This will soft reset your box and un-mute it. I have the same issue somtimes a key combo will mute the box and I have never found the combo to un mute it.

I always had this issue on my SA box, at least twice a week. Never happened on the Samsung box they replaced it with.

If you hold down Vol+ and Mute until the red led at the top of the remote flashes then enter 0683, it reprograms the remote to the frequency for the V+box. You can then un-mute it by pressing the mute or vol+/vol- buttons. You need to have the 4 digit code for your TV then follow the same process as above to reprogram the remote to control the TV volume.
