How to undervolt underclock and overclock?

Hi, I am looking for some software and maybe a guide on how to have my current overclock, Q9550 @ 3.8 ~ stock volts when on load.

But I would also like a speedstep kind of implementation but a tad more advance, where I can change the voltages needed for each multiplier down and it sets accordingly with load.

And also to have a underclocked profile with very low volts for when I am asleep or out and my ftp has to be on, like 2 GHz (maybe less) and 0.8v or something. I have managed to get stock clock (2.83) running stablish at 1v.

Any idea on how I would do this?

I'm not sure you'd be able to do something as clever as you're suggesting but if your mobo supports it, you could always create a profile with lower voltages/mutli/fsb etc for when you don't need so much horsepower.

Well the gigabyte easy tune software can change settings within windows,
so there must be a program that can do it for the entire range for multiplers.

I swear I remember reading about this somewhere when I wasn't too bothered about underclocking,
had something todo with laptops, just can't find it now.

People have been using, RMClock Utility 2.35, but it has real bad win7 45nm issues.

Now there is CPUgenie, but $15 not sure about that..

Its so annoying its simples just give it to me.

Sounds pretty cool, The info

Doesn't work on my overclock, its pretty useless mainly designed for laptops to run cooler I feel.
