How to Use Akasa Fan Controller?

So i bought this with my desktop :

But i still have not figured out how to connect the 2 LED fans from my Coolermaster Scout case?
i was thinking about repacing them and going with 3 x White 120mm and replacing the top fan fan with a 140mm LED white fan but i want to know how i can connect these fans to the Fan Controller? As to be on the safe side i would like to be able to set the Fans to run at max all the time as the room its going in doesnt really have any ventilation - i would like the CPU and PSU fans to stay at the speed they are, but would like to be able to make the other fans to go at Full speed by pressing a button on the case

Any tips on how to do this?
looking at the Fan Controller connections they dont seem to be able to connect to the fans which at the moment do work and are running with the PSU and i have only the CPU fan connected to the Motherboard while others are connected to the CPU

as far as im aware most case fans that come with new case's have a 4 pin molex and a fan controller has 3 pin connections.

Yes! looks like what i need, thanks a lot i think they should be just fine
Now to decide if i should replace the Fan above the CPU or not
