How To?

Apologies if this has been asked before. But Im wondering how/if i can change the timings on my memory. Ive currently got 4GB of DDR2 Corsair value ram at: 5-5-5-15

This is running on a GA-P35 DQ6 board. I think i have to press something before going into the bios before the option to change the latency apperas, but im not sure.

Help would be appriciated.

Press F1 and Ctrl together on the main BIOS screen before entering the MIT menu.

Right ok, ive managed to get there, but now im not qiute sure what i have to do. Ive never done this before, do i need to change voltages aswell? And what timings should i put them at?

They're probably already at 5-5-5-15.

And the Corsair value memory runs at 1.8v and that will also already be set as it's the default setting.

Yeh Cob they asre the defualt timings. Im just wondering whether/if/how to drop them to increase any performance.
