How would GD handle it?

If your partner doesn't want to listen to reason, then maybe time to close any joint bank accounts and make sure you unlink yourself financially, if you have a joint mortgage can you afford to buy out her share?
 
Individual recently learns about the ability to make vast amounts of money by scamming customers under the guise of an events company.

Step 1, identify someone foolish enough to become the director of your new events company "Scammy McScamface Events".
 
I have a business idea OP, and i am curious what you think if its a good idea or not.

Essentially i want to make a "crowd AI"

Now obviously making an AI is well, hard, but it should be simple enough to make a website that can hand out tasks to users to complete, say "watch this 30 sec video and click relevant boxes"

Or perhaps add information, or confirm information.

"Is this a picture of your neighbor?" Yes.

"What color is your door" Yellow.

Import existing databases, create new databases.

Ok now multiple this by millions of servers and the combined computational power of millions of human minds and tell me what sort of capabilities this sort of thing would actually have.

Could i make a global police state with me in a position of absolute power with this?

This. Did this years ago ended up with my “friend” shafting me out of the company and leaving me with a £30k debt which killed my credit rating for years and took me 4 years to pay off. Also destroyed our friendship of many many years. Plus I was even godfather to both of his kids.
