How would my machine run the witcher 2 ?

The game looks great, mix of rpg/action

AMD PHEMOM x4 965 3.48 GHz
4 gb ddr3 ram
hd radeon 5700 GPU

usually game at 1680x1050, but would consider lowering the resolution for this game

dam, no better ? what would i need to upgrade ?
that resolution be ok on a 20 inch monitor

ive tried checking which series 5 card it is, but all it says is 5700 series

hmmm if i were to upgrade something for this game what would it need to be ? my set up is in the opening post, would a new graphics card run well with that that quad core i have ? or would my processor bottleneck it, would also like my rig to perform better on future titles like battlefield 3, skyrim, arkham city
