How would you config my hard drives?

Hi

I have just backed up all my data to another computer and quite a few DL DVD's and want to reconfigure my 4 Hard Drives which are currently laid out as follows

RAID 0 - ARRAY 01 (x2 Pata WD 350GB Raid Edition)
C: SYSTEM = 10GB = Windows XP
E: PROJECTS = 40GB = Project files, Digi Cam Pictures, Personal Files
G: GAMES = 46.18GB = Game Installation
J: 02 = 200GB = Data Storage/Balancing
L: 04 = 200GB = Data Storage/Balancing
N: 06 = 100GB = Data Storage/Balancing

RAID 0 - ARRAY 02 (x2 Sata WD 200GB SE)
D: SCRATCH = 10GB = Temp, Internet Cache, Photoshop Scratch disk
F: PROJECTS BACKUP = 40GB = Software Mirror of drive E:
H: DOWNLOAD = 15GB = All downloaded files go here, small size to force me to sort data correctly.
I: 01 = 100GB = Data Storage/Balancing
K: 03 = 100GB = Data Storage/Balancing
L: 05 = 100GB = Data Storage/Balancing
V: VMEM = 7.62GB = Paging File


I use my computer for 3D animation/modeling, Audio and Video Editing and a small amount of gaming. If you were doing what I do or are doing what I do, how would you set up the drives?

Thanks SPW, I try to keep it tidy... the projects partition also gets backed up every 24 hours to a seperate computer which doesn`t have raid just to be more secure

Although I am thinking that maybe I should try things differently because if the Mobo does crap out on me, the low chances of finding another one might give me issues.
