Bit of an over-reaction, agreed. I think I'd be very very angry though. I once knew a girl who had the herps and was sleeping around with a couple guys without telling them. When she settled with one guy she did eventually tell him and he was cool about it though and stuck with her.

Well seeing his chances of contracting HIV is quite small, I'd have myself tested first before busting out the guns. Contracting it is bad luck in every sense of the word.

The fact that he hasn't even had himself tested is just insane. This is clearly not a justification for murder, but to find out you were clear of the disease removes motive and now you have killed someone, arguably, over nothing. Wow.

Typical media throwing the kids into the mix to make it more dramatic.
Like it'd be more justifiable if it was a woman with no kids.

Anyway, my priority would be getting post exposure prophylaxis.
Then I would sue the absolute pants off her.
