how'd i follow the instructions in this link and make it a reg fix?

i have a few machines which i need the above fix doing on. now normally for adding/deleting a regkey i can do no problem, but this one is adding permissions to certain keys and i'm not sure how to do that.

any suggestions please?

Right click on the key folder in the navigation pane to get the permissions options. Then add specific users or groups and their permissions
