HP touchpad - how do I close apps?!!

Guys, I'm being dumb. I've opened loads of apps but I can't work out how to close them.

Tablet is awesome btw. And yeh...worst 'WOO I GOT HOLD OF A TOUCHPAD' thread ever.

erm... Swipe upwards...

or drag them down as far as they go and let them ping off the top of the screen!

Press the home button then swipe up on the app you wish to close.

I know.

Some time they make a grinding noise as well, although I haven't been able to make them do that for a while. :confused:

I've had a 'weeeeee' and a grinding/stretching elastic noise. It usually stops and then a few hours later it comes back again. Seem to get weeeee more in the day time though

if the camera is on the right it will do this, otherwise it wont

Haven't had the "weeeee" noise but thanks for the grinding tip! Thought I was going mad...

put the camera in landscape with camerea to the right, ie upside down so speakers are upwards.

Pull a screen down as far as it will go without going off the screen and let go, it will make an angry birds "weeeee" noise

haha ah yeah, I obviously never let it go after the elastic noise.
