Can anyone log into their online facilities at the moment?

I get an error message telling me I've clicked a wrong link (suggesting it's my fault) and then in the next sentence it says they're trying to fix the problem (suggesting it's their problem after all)

Also stuck on the phone to them now

Edit - They've confirmed there is a problem with the online facilities.

Works in FF now but same problem as before using IE7..
