Im running a E4300 at 3.1GHz using 1.4v according to CPUz however im having a few odd issues with the temps.
With no fan on the heatsink the temps range from 50-70c for load and with a fan attched they range from 55-80c which is obviously bad.
I know the CPU is overclocked etc but surely the Scythe Ninja (the one with 6 heatpipes) should be able to cope with this?
I also noticed that if I press the heatsink onto the CPU while the case is standing up (Antec Lanboy) the temps go down, could the heatsink be too heavy and giving good contact to the CPU?
Any advice would be great
Temps are monitored with Intel TAT
