HSF on TWO - is it any good?

There is areview somewhere comparing this with the Artic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro. They both perform exactly the same except the F7 returned the temps back to idle after load slightly quicker than the TX2 as it has larger surface area. At the same price, go for the F7, but at this price, its up to you.

Do you happen to know if it's any quiter than the F7?

My F7 is on full-bore ni-on constantly and it's doing my head in with the side panel off.
