Right I fancy a change to my routine. I am finding it hard to hit the gym regularly like clockwork so I need a more general work out for when I do get there.
Anyone recommend it or can post there routine as an example ?

Yeah it's a great way to workout, I can't recommend it highly enough. Though it's far from perfect simply because you really need to know what you're doing, in that you need to do quite a bit of work before you start like working out exactly what you can lift in certain rep ranges, etc.

Also it such an unflexible routine due to the principle of how it works, skip sessions and the whole thing just collapses and you're completely wasting your time! :(

You said you're struggling to hit the gym like clockwork... not good. If you're serious about it I'll be more than willing to give you some pointers ;)

Thx Chong, I`m gonna have a good read up on it and then try it for a bit. I am not hitting the gym regularly at the moment so your comments concern me, I may be wasting my time.
Anyway I will give it a go anyway just to see what it is like, I might learn something from it. If I don`t at least it is a break from the norm for a bit.
