What better routine to learn them than doing them every other day with a light weight for 15 reps? 
Quite possibly the most productive exercise I've ever done, certainly for shoulders. Though I do Hang Clean 2 Push Press, awesome movement.
A great way to learn this would be to do split the HC2PP up and do hang cleans in workout A and push press (or military press) in workout B??
