HST Routine help

What better routine to learn them than doing them every other day with a light weight for 15 reps? ;)

Quite possibly the most productive exercise I've ever done, certainly for shoulders. Though I do Hang Clean 2 Push Press, awesome movement.

A great way to learn this would be to do split the HC2PP up and do hang cleans in workout A and push press (or military press) in workout B??
 
What advice would you guys have for someone who's done weights (specific lifts for rowing) for a while but isn't exactly vastly knowledgeable on the subject, but is looking at the HST as one workout possibility.
 
I guess i'll cobble my own together then or use the one from the HST website (only has one workout not two).

Just not ready to try them lifts just yet unfortunately ;[
