Hi,

Updated my phone to KitKat (4.4.3) over the weekend. Ever since then then phones Wifi and Bluetooth connections have failed to work. They both refuse to turn on.

I've carried out a factory reset and still nothing. EE have told me that the phone will need to be sent off to HTC for repairs and that this could take up to 3 weeks!

Have any of you experienced this issue?

Thats really annoying.

And just when my contract is about to end (matter of days). Do I send it off to HTC for up to 3 weeks or simply get another..

If the contract is about to end, I presume it'll be out of warranty? I'd root it and reflash a new rom.

I would be tempted to do this too. Perhaps even S-OFF and convert your HTC One to the non-branded version (to get rid of the EE stuff). Or maybe even try Google Play edition.
