HTC one replacement screen costs?

Anyone got a rough guide price for a screen? Can't find any except for the "geeksquad" @ 169 notes...

I would say that is about right. smashed one of mine about six months ago. Easier and cheaper then to just sell the phone

can upgrade on my contract for less than that so makes it a bit pointless - guess it will be a replacement screen ordered on ebay followed by hours in front of youtube!!

They were also supposed to be notoriously difficult to replace six months back because the tool you required without damaging the case wasn't available from anybody but HTC. I don't know what the current situation is regarding this?
