I have been looking at HTCs range of phones, very impressed. I didn't even know they existed until a colleague from work showed me his. I was going to hold out because apparently they are bringing out new models soon. HTC Touch Cruise looks quite good any ideas when it is coming out?

HTC's are usually rebranded on UK network hence not much people heard of them. Touch Cruise should be out late November afaik.

The WM6 'touch' app is quite poor, its a finger touch application slapped on top of the standard WM6. ie you cant use your fingers for all app functions. Personally if you want a decent Windows Mobile finger touch OS I'd wait for their newer update - TouchFLO is an rushed attempt to compete with the iphone.

I cant comment on their 'phone phones' but their pda phones are quite good.
Ive had a TyTn for the last 9 months, and its served me pretty well.
A little sluggish at times, and its sometimes annoyed me, but good otherwise.

:).

Yeh i got a TyTN II (Vario III), lovely phone, fast processor, good RAM and nice keyboard to use! Id definatly go for a HTC over a Nokia or Apple any day!

I love my Vario II ( HTC Hermes ).

Quality little bit of kit even if its a bit of a "brick".

Will defo be looking at replacing it at the end of contract with another HTC, probably a Kaiser.

I've got an HTX Wizard. Prior to that I had an HTC Typhoon. I've just ordered an HTC Vox.

I think they make great phones!

Ive got the O2 Orbit (HTC Artemis) and its pretty good. Running WM6, TomTom and good for watching vids on the move/going to work. Text messages are a pest though as it has no keyboard.

I will give TouchPal and PocketCM Keyboard a whirl though.

As for the phone, its the first time i have not been eagerly awaiting upgrade time.

I use the HTC S710 as a business phone, its fantastic to be honest and I love it.
