HTC Touch Dual sync problem

Just got my HTC Touch Dual and very happy with it, however when I connect it with the USB cable supplied to my PC (Vista 64bit) Windows Mobile Device Centre doesn't detect the phone. The cable is fine as when I plug my C600 it syncs instantly, should I delete the old partnership in Windows before synching with my new touch?

dont think it would make a difference, it does support multiple phones, does it show in dev man at all

What's dev man? It doesn't show up on Mobile centre or in My Computer which my C600 did.

I would delete the old partnership anyway. I had a similair problem when i recently built my current pc with vista 64 and it wouldn't see my O2 XDA Orbit. Just trying to remember what I did to "repair" it ......
