Distance Selling Regulations doesn't exist anymore. Any half decent etailer will offer a refund policy similiar to this. I don't know what the OcUK stance is on refunds for unwanted items now. Maybe best to check out the T&C on the OcUK website.

Ok cheers AM. I just ask because certain etailers can get anal on the wording of T&C whilst others are a little bit more lax. Just wondered where OCUK fell in the spectrum in relation to the Vive.
 
Damn it you are killing me. My april rift pre order just got bumped to late may/early June and now I am questioning if I should get a vive instead rather than wait for oculus tough and just get the whole lot in one go

The free p&p is a significant saving.

I too would like to echo the question does it come with free games?.

I have been vrless since selling my dk2 in December and am missing it.
