HTPC build advice

Hi guys,

This will be my first build in around 10yrs so I'm hilariously out of date, but I want to build a HTPC. I'm aiming for mATX rather than a specifically HTPC case.

Usage will be solely storage/playback of 1080p DTS-HD-MA movies (hence 3x3TB drives) and streaming Netflix/Youtube/etc. (No gaming, no live TV/TV recording, no oc'ing, no encoding/converting). It will be connected to my 5.1 A/V receiver via HDMI. I've priced it at around about £550 as it stands - budget is fairly flexible (ideally £500 or less) but I am aware storage is the most expensive aspect here.

What I have so far:

AMD A6-5400K 3.6GHz
ASRock FM2A75 Pro4-M Micro ATX FM2
4GB DDR3-1866 (haven't decided on specific brand)
Sandisk 64GB 2.5" SSD
Western Digital Caviar Green 3TB 3.5" 5400RPM (x3)
MicroATX Case (had been thinking the Fractal Core 1000)
Arctic Cooling Alpine 64 GT CPU-Cooler
Be Quiet Pure Power L7 300W PSU

If anyone can recommend changes I would greatly appreciate it. As it stands I'm stumped on a couple of things:

Is the A6 enough for my needs? I had originally thought the A4 but the A6 is only roughly £10 more for a bit more grunt. It's also a significant saving over an i3.

I'm aware that the PSU is way more than what is required, but I can't find a lower wattage "low noise" PSU for cheaper.
