HTPC Build Spec help please

Need to get this ordered & built by next week so dont have much time to read up on whats best, Some help please or tell me what you just built

Its going to be used for:
DVD Blueray & avi's etc & a little gaming, needs to be capable of playing games at least as good as my current spec 3200+ 7800gtx not needing more.
It'll be connected to my 720p Projector , LCD & amp/reciever/5.1 setup

No Tv turners needed

Not looking for lighting fast want to keep cost down
£400- 500 just somthing thats going to last a while.

A few things I'd like in the spec but not a must, but if the the build can include them with budget Great
Wireless internet,
Quiet ish
Hdmi w/audio
Suitable OS
Wireless Mouse & keyboard

Something built around a Antec Fusion HTPC case or similar/cheaper if that'll make this eaiser.

Tried to include everything that you want but the keyboard and mouse is best chosen by you as it's quite a personal thing. I can make suggestions of you're stuck though.

That 8600GT will do HDMI with audio by connecting the s-pdif from the mobo to the 's-pdif in' on the back of the card and is completely silent.

I read somewhere that the mini ninja cooler will work ok without the fan on it in this case, but I'd research that a bit more if you wanted to loose the fan. Keep the fan and you could even overclock the cpu a little.

I'd normally recommend you get a windows remote for an HTPC with Vista Media Center but as you're not wanting a TV tuner you may not find it quite as useful.
