At 150-something mm high, I'm after a cheapish HTPC case to put a current PC into. I'd like to keep the Scythe as I'm running it passively at the moment without problems. Needs to take an ATX boards and a couple of HDD/CD drive and standard ATX power supply.

I've found the Silverstone CW02 but I'd like to buy a case without having to take out a second mortgage!

I rarely say this, but have you considered ditching the scythe for an OcUK self enclosed watercolour?

It will fit easily into a fair few HTPC cases and isn't a PITA to install.

The ninja didn't fit easily in my massive TJ07!!

Umm... no. I have a morbid fear of water cooling.... plus I want completely silent. This is in a room with 3 other PCs - everything that can be done to be quiet should be!

The Ninja fits OK in the Antec Sonata it's in now and the P182 it was in before. Am I destined to have a vertical case for ever more?

On phone so can't do much in depth research, but Lian li and Silverstone will probably be your best bets.

Also, the OcUK self enclosed coolers aren't really watercooling :p
