I thought a thread a list of good graphics cards suitable for HTPC, with features needed for scaling and video playback (most threads here always talking about high end) ;) Anyway I would think these features are needed in a card for a HTPC. The 6150 IGP copes ok, 50-65% CPU load playing 1080P (3700+ stock) would another card show less CPU %

    1) Near silent or totally silent (if it does have a fan only audible at 1' or less)
    2) Coolish running, ie not ATI X1900.
    3) Mpeg II, IV, DIVX/XVIX, HD hardware video acceleration
    4) Less than £100
    5) S-Video, DVI out

    Any recommendations?
