Riteo, the setup

C2D 6200, 2 GB Ram, ATI 2400 Pro, HD DVD + BluRay LG Drive, Windows 7, Running Windows 7 Media Centre and then Power DVD for HD DVD and BluRay Playback, and VLC for anything else.

For some reason, I'm getting lipsync issues with nearly everything. Massively with Power DVD, to the point where its literally 2-3 seconds out, less so with VLC, and then ever so minor with Windows Media Centre.

Am I on my own with this, or is this a known issue I can fix. I'm happy to buy more ram if thats the cause, but I doubt it?

what sort of sound system are you using.. Pc speakers? output to a hifi? HDMI? SPDIF?
also what codecs are you using. Does it do it with regular DVD's played in powerdvd?

I can't tell you why you are getting these issues, but I can tell you how to 'force' correct it with Media Player Classic, you can speed the audio up or slow it down in relation to the video using the + and - keys. I imagine VLC can do that too.
