Decided to start using my PC in the lounge as a HTPC connected to my 40" TV via a very long HDMI.
I am currently using XBMC.
First problem I have, the videos are a little blurry. Never had this problem playing movies through my laptop with WMP via HDMI. Could it be XBMC settings?
Secondly, I can't get the sound to play on the TV. I am using it as a second monitor set up so have 2 HDMIs coming from the GPU. I have gone into the sound settings and changed audio device to TV but nothing comes out. Again, never had this problem with the laptop.
Any ideas?
