Im moving my computer from the bedroom, so need a HTPC to play films on, maybe some very mild gaming (not BF3 level).

Ive got a 1TB HDD, OS and DDR3 RAM.
So I need a Case (low profile), motherboard, CPU, powersupply (if the case doesnt already have one supplied) and a blu-ray player.

Budget, ideally want to keep as low as possible. I specced one yesterday and it came in at £320, but I think I could get it cheaper (baring in mind I can use the MM), Ideally I would like to have a new motherboard/ cpu.

There won't be many on there, but if you can find a Llano A8, a quadcore with a fairly decent onboard graphics chip, that would be ideal for you. There is one for sale, not sure if i'm allowed to link to it or not. (link) you should be able to get the price down a bit as you can get a 3670k for £5 more.

A case will be down to you for the styling. OcUK doesn't sell many htpc cases.
Couple to look @:
Silverstone ML03
Lian Li PC-Q09F * comes with a 150W flex PSU
Or if your not that fussed on looks:
OcUK Opera Media Case - Black (with 500W PSU)

You can get some decent A75 mITX boards - again not from OcUK :(

AsRock A75M-ITX can be had fairly cheap.

If your choice of case doesnt include a PSU then the Corsair Builder Series CX 430W should fit most cases and be relatively quiet.

I LOVE that silverstone case, will have to do some searching for it, but just wow and the styling fits in perfectly with my stand.

I was looking at the LLano, but sadly like the seller says, very few coolers will fit to cool it sufficently.
Will try though :D

Thanks guys
