I have a Bluray drive in my current PC which I am going to swap out for a normal dvd drive so that I can use the blueray drive in a HTPC build. I have a Phillips HD tv in another room to the pc and want to be able to play bluray on it. What is the minimum spec I am going to need? I'm trying to keep costs to a minimum. I'm opting for a HTPC setup rather than just a bluray setup as it is more flexible (i assume no problems will be had playing the bluray stuff on it, I would imagine the tv is compliant with all the standards - have had problems with monitors before, but the tv should be ok I hope)
So basically - Motherboard with onboard HD graphics if possible - processor - case - harddrive - wireless keyboard/mouse - powersupply. I think thats all I would need. Anyone got specs on a tight budget for that?
