Had a previous problem with a cashback deal without any issues. Make sure you read the T&Cs, but I had what was essentially a free contract.

Went through them 3 years ago for my first contract (when the state of the art K750i first came out :D) and had no real problems. I had to ring them up to get my cashback, but it was literally a case of me ringing and saying I hadn't got it, then they sent the cheque within a week.

Would use them again.

I searched for this company and felt I would see if anyone has used them since? Ive seen a cracking deal for a LG Arena on their site that im gonna use but going by the response the site seems alright, I shall order!

£35 a month 700 mins unltd texts free web n walk, free LG arena and free ipod touch :)

Breaking out the defibs on this thread...

I'm looking at the Nokia 5800 and noticed that this site were offering a far better deal with T-Mobile than T-Mobile could offer themselves. Am I falling into the too-good-to-be-true trap? How can they offer a deal with a service provider that beats the service provide themselves? Do they subsidise the contract for the end user?

Easy. They plan to offset the reduction in profit by increasing the volume of sales.

Well, a £15 24 month contract totals £360

A 5800 has a cost price of around £120 to the supplier.

A 24 month contract earns greater commission from the network, as that is 24 months when the customer might overspend and be charged extra.

Supplying minute/texts costs networks pretty much NOTHING.

So the network pays the seller commission for the 24 months contract. (let's say £300)

Seller subtracts the cost of the handset (£120), leaving £180 profit, less the cashback of £97.50 for a final profit of about £80.

The beauty of redemptions deals like the one this site uses (multiple claims over the lifespan of the contract) is that people often stuff up, forget, send the wrong bill, etc, which makes them even more money.

There isn't a scam, it's just a very calculated profit margin.

Had my Milestone of them few weeks ago no problem and they were deffo the best prices i could find on the net.

I thought as much. So if I wasn't to mug myself over by forgetting the redemption offer, this is actually a good deal for me also.

Ta for this site, I was gonna pay £100 for a milestone on a 18 month t-mobi contract and get nothing free, and now I shall for the same price.

Thanks :)
