I've got the Honor View 10 which is similar in terms of performance specs - features the same Kirin 970 chipset. Overall I'm very happy with the performance I get out of mine and still in my opinion just as quick as the Snapdragon 845, even though the Snapdragon is better on paper. Since sticking with the Honor brand I have got to like the EMUI interface a lot, definitely one of the top Android skins out there that has got better in the past couple of years.
Depending which network you are looking to use the phone on, the Note 10 does not appear to have Band 20 from what I have just been reading up though - so if you are like myself on giffgaff / O2 for example, you would not be able to make use of 4G. It's unfortunate but to me the Note 10 does look like it was manufactured for the eastern market given the lack of talk about it over here.
Edit - the Note 10 looks similar to another handset I briefly owned a while back which was the Honor 8X. You won't need to worry about build quality with these Honor phones, they are way up there with the likes of Samsung & Apple despite the cheaper price tag.
