It's called a P45 and a voucher for the book titled "Test Driven Development"

edit: Having just watched that video, I must be utterly biased, or did anyone else think it was patronising to most users of windows? (e.g. "The piece of code, or if you like, the 'techy bit'")

And Microsoft .. "best programmers in the world" ... Hahahah..
