If you update the firmware you get media keys.

02. New: Multimedia keys (Fn + Calc = Play/Pause, Fn + PC = Stop, Fn + Mail = Previous Song, Fn + Home = Next Song).

I tried to do the firmware update the day i got it, but it doesnt seem to detect it. ill have another go at it again though them media keys are useful

EDIT: just had another go and it updated it first go, must have downloaded the wrong updater
