HUGE favour please..

I think the only way to get half decent flight deck shots is to take them at night. I took a few while I was at Halifax last year. The camera shake is terrible as I was using a very cheap camera and no tripod etc, but I'm sure you can see the potential.

Taken after I had replaced a punctured tyre...by hand!

I was working with the WetJet ground crew at Halifax Intl for a night.

The aircraft is a 737-800; it was the last arrival of the evening. Once all the flight crew and pax were out of sight, we had to put her to bed for the night. So not all fun and pics :D In fact, I had the wonderful job of taking a cabin seat apart, as someone had managed to puke into it  , not to mention the pleasant role of emptying a flight's worth of sewage. After the nasty stuff though it got a bit better. Had to turn on pretty much everything on the flight deck to test flaps/hydraulics etc...great oppurtunity for snaps!

Then as mentioned, there was a tyre in need of replacment, as well as a worn brake disk. Unfortunately all that was available was a manual jack. And lifting a 40 ton aircraft by hand is not a quick job! :D
