for the past few weeks if i have a Game open and try to watch youtube or twitch at the same time, around once every 2 minutes i get a HUGE lag spike on both youtube and my game, taking it to around 1 fps, its so frustrating, especially when my friends aren't online and i play on my own and i want to watch something at the same time,
if anyone knows any thing that can help, pleaseeeeeee
any feedback will be grteatly appreciated :)

Right Click a running flash video. Select settings. Disable Hardware acceleration.
Or use Google Chrome Browser.
Or get an Nvidia card.

^^ It could be chrome thats doing it if hes using chrome and its not happened before - apparently been an update recently that changes the way some rendering stuff is handled.

Disabling hardware acceleration in the web browser definitely could help but if its a problem thats recently appeared and was working fine previously then I'd look at:

Check cooling on the GPU and CPU is working properly
Check PC is free of malware especially anything infected with bitcoin stuff as that will load the GPU up.
Any driver update or driver settings changes

How fast is your Internet?
What quality setting do you have set in YouTube?
Does it happen when you have YouTube playing from another machine or your phone..

Thanks for the feedback, sorry about the late reply,

I already tried the hardware acceleration but that didnt change anything.
I already used google chrome
and a whole new card is a rather expensive fix.

Rroff:
my components arent near any dangerous temp really, GPU ~ 60 CPU ~ 35
I did do some Litecoin mining a little while back and it started after that, but i havent opened the programs for it in weeks, could it be this?
and ive updated my drivers quite a few times to try and fix this

bledd:
My internet down is about 4.5 megabytes and i will watch in the highest quality. I downloaded an extension that disabled dash playback so the video loads all the way just fine and doesnt give me many lag spikes when i do that.
However if i were to watch a stream or have utorrent seeding then i get them often.
No if i use my phone to watch things at the same time instead of the computer it doesnt affect it at all.

(Sorry i havent multiquoted before)

Unless you can track down what you installed within the past few weeks to cause this an OS re-install is probably the only fix.

I have experienced the same thing, primarily when playing War Thunder.

I have not determined the cause as of yet

Nothing ive installed has caused this, as i havent installed anything, the litecoin mining programs i downloaded and installed about a month and a half before i started to get this issues
